Your main responsibilities

We are looking for an M&A Analyst with knowledge of the English language, that will be based in Gessate (MI).

The ideal candidate will be in charge of:

• Managing business modeling and development of detailed financial analyses;
• To create of presentations and strategic documentation (PowerPoint);
• To collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts;
• To analyze financial performance, monitor KPIs, and report deviations from the budget.

He/she with report directly to the M&A Manager and will collaborate with the FP&A Team.
