Manager - Accounting Advisory

In this role, you will lead accounting advisory engagements, providing technical expertise and practical solutions to complex financial and operational challenges while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
- Advise clients on technical accounting and financial reporting matters during major business transformations such as acquisitions, divestitures, and IPO readiness
- Lead research, interpretation, and application of accounting standards including US GAAP, IFRS, and related regulatory frameworks
- Oversee the preparation of accounting memos, technical analyses, presentations, and client deliverables
- Partner directly with client finance teams to address day-to-day accounting challenges and strategic reporting needs
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution of advisory workstreams to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Support capital market transactions, audit readiness, internal controls, and financial process improvements
- Guide and mentor junior team members through coaching, feedback, and hands-on development
- Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and internal advisory practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, accounting advisory, or industry accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and/or GAAS standards
- Proven experience in accounting research, technical writing, and financial analysis
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Experience managing projects, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and deadline-driven environments
- Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or coaching junior professionals
