Manager Change AI (M/F)

TLDR

Lead complex change workstreams within Magellan's Augmented Change Factory, accelerating adoption, disseminating AI-enabled methodologies, and guiding teams and client engagements.

Our Augmented Change Factory embodies a new approach to change: industrialisation, augmented consultant model, product offerings, and AI agents. This role is aimed at a confirmed Change AI Manager, serving as operational leader, methodological reference, team manager, and ambassador to our clients.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Change AI Manager (M/F), you play a key role in executing our strategic plan: industrialisation of change support, acceleration of adoption, dissemination of the augmented consultant model, and deployment of product offerings and AI agents.

Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead one or more change workstreams on complex programmes
  • Build multi-stakeholder adoption strategies
  • Ensure the quality of methodologies and deliverables
  • Measure impact via KPIs, usage metrics, and analytics

Expertise & Industrialisation:

  • Disseminate the augmented change model: assets, frameworks, AI agents
  • Develop new offerings, modules, and adoption kits
  • Contribute to the Change Factory industrialisation roadmap

Client Relations:

  • Support Executive Committees and Business Departments
  • Meet governance, budget, and action plan commitments
  • Identify opportunities

Management & Community:

  • Manage consultants and seniors
  • Upskill teams on modern change methodologies
  • Actively contribute to internal culture, capability development, and cohesion

Master's degree (Bac+5). 6 to 10 years of experience in change management / transformation.

Solid experience in managing complex projects.

Natural leadership, consulting posture, and strong client relationships.

Ability to mentor and develop a team.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools. Strong interest in innovation and AI in change management.
