About the Role
The Sales Motion & Customization team, part of the Product & Revenue Strategy organization, bridges sales strategy with execution. The team drives advertiser impact through bespoke media solutions and maximizes revenue opportunities while strengthening sales efficiency via robust pipeline management. In this role, you will work at the intersection of sales, product, content, and data to enable business growth by ensuring creative flexibility for clients and operational rigor for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Plan Customization
Support key advertiser conversations by crafting customized solutions aligned to client objectives and category challenges.
Drive adoption of strategic products including CTV, Mobile, Video, and Performance advertising solutions.
Enable sales to increase share of wallet from existing customers through consultative selling and solution-led engagement.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Ad Operations teams to enhance advertiser experience and campaign effectiveness.
2. Sales Pipeline Management
Monitor revenue performance, sales productivity, and pipeline health to ensure achievement of business goals
Design and manage infrastructure for sales motion, including dashboards, cadences, and performance reviews.
Ensure data accuracy, automate workflows, and streamline forecasting to enhance sales efficiency.
Partner with product, data, and strategy teams to improve sales enablement and internal productivity.

Preferred Education and Experience
MBA with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Development in Digital Media, FMCG, Telecom industries or Category Sales Strategy roles in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, etc,.
Prior exposure to sales enablement or revenue strategy in a digital media background will be preferred.
