We will soon be launching a Retail Media Network for one of our retail clients, and we are looking for an outstanding Manager to support the strategy and day to day management of the on-site digital ad performance.
We’re looking someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates and skillfully support the building out of this new capability for Digitas. What you’ll do:
As a Manager, you’ll be responsible for oversight of the retailer’s day-to-day on-site digital ad performance through Google Ad Manager. You will be responsible for in-platform yield management to optimize ads for maximum performance, including reviewing fill rates, floor pricing, creative review, and inventory structure optimizations. You will also be responsible for maintain and optimizing brand protections and managing demand sources. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are set up properly according to best practices, providing final QA and confirming all aspects of a campaign are running smoothly.
You will provide input into developing and improving processes and maintaining documentation to streamline workflows.
You will play a supporting role with optimizing the inventory hierarchy, bid strategy and overall campaign optimization. You’ll also be expected to play a critical role in the strategic development and implementation of the longt-erm vision and expansion of the retailer’s RMN offering.
You will work closely with other agency capabilities, including Analytics and Operations teams. You will act as a key contributor of client facing presentations and keep teams aligned through documentation and project management. While this role does not have any immediate direct reports, you will be responsible for the growth and development of future analysts on the team and will provide feedback to agency leadership on developmental progress and any needs of the team.

Day to day your role includes:
· Accountability for daily monitoring and management of campaign execution in Google Ad Manager for assigned client account(s) and working with analytics for reporting on campaign performance
· Reviewing advertisers creative to ensure best practices and uphold brand standards
· Maintaining client blocking protections and bid strategies
· Interfacing with media strategy and media tech teams to build strategic campaign plans, communicate recommendations, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion
· Prepare client deliverables ensuring quality, and that recommendations and work products are sound and viable
· Understanding and effectively communicating our value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
· Participating in forecasting exercises for senior management
· Assisting in training, mentoring, and developing team members
· Contributing to the development and documentation of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the group
· Developing and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementations
· Participating in regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
· Embracing and encouraging a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
· Keep up to date with industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical market markets, as well as general media news
We’re looking for a rising media leader, which typically includes:
· Four or more years of experience in display and video media selling
· In depth understanding of sell side marketplace and tools (GAM, Criteo, etc.)
· Understanding of SSPs and exchanges
· Understanding of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, TheTradeDesk, or similar buying platforms
· Two or more years of people management experience
· Strong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experience
· The ability to organize and manage your work and that of the junior staff on the team
· Strong analytical thinking and mathematical/quantitative skills
· Solid presentation skills and comfortable presenting to key stakeholders
· Excellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others
· A four-year college degree
