Manager, Sales Development
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a high-performance Sales Development Rep (SDR) team
- Monitoring, reviewing and coaching SDR calls and processes
- Maintaining and managing weekly sales activity
- Developing training materials to onboard and develop new hire SDR team
- Promoting the team’s personal development
- Assisting in the execution and creation of new sales, messaging and marketing strategy
- Staying current on AWN product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Passport
- Minimum 1 year of management
- 3+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
- Technology sales history with a significant amount of inside sales experience
- Expert on Salesforce
- Strong collaboration and team building skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strategic partner, consultative and technically adept
- Proficient in quality/sales reporting activities
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding new SDR’s
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Outreach and ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with top of the funnel reporting
