The base salary range for this role is $112,482 - $184,791 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Manager, VIP who thrives in a dynamic and high growth environment. This role will focus on the VIP program for FBG and will ultimately report to our Director, VIP. This Manager will focus on the high-value player experience and deepen customer relationships. They will play an integral role on the VIP team as well as the overall Marketing department organization.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead programs for high-value players to deepen customer relationships and create brand heat in key business windows 
  • Manage day to day VIP clients, identifying areas for increased engagement and loyalty and executing new initiatives
  • Act as a mentor to more junior members of the VIP marketing team, providing guidance and coaching. 
  • Partner with brand marketing, creative, merchandise to support peak moments with full alignment to drive business or cultural success
  • Organize, market and attend VIP events
  • Work at times with 3rd parties to create personalized events or experiences for VIP clients.

Experience and Skills

  • Prior experience focused on VIP marketing, with an emphasis on player experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar marketing function
  • Minimum 2 years experience focused within VIP marketing 
  • Experience in the betting and gaming industry preferred, with a proven track record of developing strategy and deploying execution in the sports space
  • You want to innovate in the sports betting landscape to improve overall VIP player experience
  • Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
