Job Description

Entry-level role supporting manufacturing operations by assisting production, troubleshooting basic equipment/process issues, and ensuring equipment reliability under direct supervision. Acts as first responder to system alarms and supports maintenance and engineering activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support production operators to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Respond to system alarms and assist in basic troubleshooting

  • Execute tasks per standard work instructions and procedures

  • Assist in root cause analysis and escalate issues when required

  • Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance activities

  • Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP requirements

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Training, or equivalent

  • No prior working experience required (entry-level)

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical (Must Have)

  • Basic PLC and automation concepts

  • Basic motion control and machine vision knowledge

  • Understanding of automation components (sensors, actuators, IO)

  • Basic pneumatics knowledge

  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Basic statistics for process monitoring

Electrical & Software (Advantage)

  • OOP understanding

  • Exposure to TwinCAT, Sysmac, Siemens TIA Portal, Keyence

  • Basic robotics knowledge (ABB / Epson)

Mechanical (Advantage)

  • Basic materials and machining knowledge

  • Understanding of automated assembly processes

  • Familiarity with DFM, DFA, GD&T

Functional Competencies

  • Basic manufacturing principles, EHS awareness

  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis mindset

  • Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma (advantage)

How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
