The Job

  • We are looking for a Marketing Acquisition Associate  who will:
  • Be responsible on strategy and execution for all paid  channels – Display, Search, and  Youtube; and, paid social channels – Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc
  • Optimize conversion flows testing different channels: chatbots, lead ads, phone calls, etc
  • Hack new ways to improve lead quality through optimizing landing pages content and design
  • Be responsible for the acquisition objective of the company and the strategy and initiatives to achieve it
  • Manage channel setup, budgets, and daily campaign optimization
  • Lead budget planning per channel based on LTV, CAC and business goals
  • Do ad tech product management with tech team on tracking, automation and optimisation
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with Google and FB account teams as well as the resident expert for internal stakeholders
  • Enable Clara team alignment by leading strategic discussions and business reviews
  • Lead new channel testing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or similar.
  • +2 years online performance marketing experience at high growth paced companies
  • Experience managing large accounts and familiar with advance optimization tools for Google, social media, programmatic and analytics/tracking tools such as Appsflyer/Adjust/Tune
  • Excellent communication skills in English
