The Role
AnyRoad is looking for a data-driven and collaborative Marketing Operations Manager to own the day-to-day management and optimization of our marketing automation platform and administer our campaign operations. You’ll work cross-functionally across the GTM teams to help us build and deploy best-in-class marketing strategies, optimize the existing MarTech and implement new additions to our tool stack, and execute campaigns in the most efficient and effective way.
You will report to the Head of Revenue Marketing & Business Development and can work remotely.
What You'll Do:
- In-house marketing automation expert; drives enhancements to Marketo architecture, refine processes, deploys automations, and ensures scalability across GTM teams
- Optimize lead lifecycle to ensure proper mapping to database, syncing between systems, speed, and automated processes are in place to accelerate funnel velocity and touchpoint execution
- Serve as the primary tech stack systems expert and evangelist, cultivating extensive knowledge of our marketing technology stack, integrating and aligning stack, and incorporating our data sources
- Identify opportunities, develop and implement marketing tech stacks to improve business processes
- Advise on optimization of campaigns, such as recommending audience segmentation, making campaign processes repeatable, building better efficiency in campaign setups, etc.
- Manage all aspects of our marketing automation platform including, implementation of our marketing emails, forms, campaigns, database cleanup and maintenance, and SFDC setups for campaign execution
- Maintain MAP database to ensure data quality, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), troubleshoot data errors, and best practices around hygiene are followed
- Partner with Demand Generation to optimize and segment audiences for emails and nurture programs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales orgs on the email calendar to identify audience overlaps
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and nurture programs; verifying copy, layout, links, and assess any spam risks
- Develop documentation of marketing ops processes, system integrations and interactions, training guides, and workflows
- Contribute to the development and use of advanced data-centric segmentation and targeting capabilities that drive improvements in channel effectiveness
- Track and measure marketing results via the marketing tech stack to help create a full view of our efforts
- Analyze existing data, as well as historical trends, to provide early insights into best practices and trends that guarantee data quality across marketing metrics and operations
- Effectively manages internal relationships with an ability to respond quickly and manage high volume of campaigns in a timely manner
- Stays current on marketing automation and technology trends; investigates new marketing technologies
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years minimum experience in marketing operations and working with Marketo in fast-paced B2B SaaS and hyper-growth environments
- Marketo certification required; LeanData and Outreach certifications a plus.
- Direct experience integrating and working with a diverse tech stack (MAP, CRM, data enrichment and sales enablement tools) including: Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, Qualified, 6Sense, Triblio, LeanData, Outreach, Mutiny, etc.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to examine processes and make recommendations to improve workflow
- Team player who loves to collaborate cross-functionally and roll-up sleeves when needed
- Strong project management skills with an ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute in a fast-paced environment
