Marketing Tracking Specialist | Hybrid role | Industry Leading Global Language Tech Company

Owns and optimizes global tracking and measurement infrastructure across websites, campaigns, analytics platforms, and CRM systems with privacy-focused, attribution-driven insights.

We are looking for a Tracking Specialist SEO/SEM to own and optimize the company’s global tracking and measurement infrastructure across websites, campaigns, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

This is a highly technical role focused on ensuring accurate, privacy-compliant tracking across all digital touchpoints while strengthening attribution between marketing activity and CRM performance.

You will work closely with marketing, development, CRM, SEO, paid media, and analytics teams worldwide to build scalable tracking frameworks and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end tag implementation through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Configure and maintain GA4 properties, events, conversions, and tracking frameworks.
  • Implement tracking using GTM and hard-coded website tags when required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues across websites and landing pages
  • Support integrations between analytics platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce (Pardot) or HubSpot.
  • Maintain UTM governance and attribution consistency across campaigns.
  • Support dashboard creation and reporting workflows using tools such as Tableau.
  • Ensure tracking frameworks comply with GDPR, ePrivacy, and data protection regulations.
  • Partner closely with paid media, SEO, CRM, web development, and marketing operations teams.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in tag implementation, tracking infrastructure, or digital marketing. analytics.
  • Advanced expertise in: Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Enhanced conversions, Event frameworks, Attribution models, UTM governance.
  • Experience with: Adobe Analytics, Snowplow, Mixpanel.
  • Hands-on experience integrating CRM systems such as Salesforce (Pardot) or HubSpot with analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work with HTML and JavaScript for custom tagging solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex tracking issues across multiple websites and systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
