Martech Platform Specialist

What’s the Day to Day Look Like:

• Be the “solutions consultant”. Triage many possible courses of action in a high-ambiguity environment, making use of both quantitative analysis and business judgment.
• As the technical product expert, serve as the liaison between end-users and internal Product and Engineering teams for escalated issues, and solutions. 
• Work closely with the Client Engagement Specialist team to clearly understand the needs of clients and how they are measuring success. Recommend best practices, optimizations, and strategies to achieve campaign KPIs and client objectives
• Resolve campaign delivery issues and discrepancies by engaging in QA and browser debugging. You create clear concise tickets and detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
• Analyze problems at their root, and step back to understand the broader context.
