Job Role: Media Editor & Production Specialist - (004 - 00226)

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Compensation range: up to 1,800 AUD / Month (Depends on the client assessment)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Role Overview: As our Media Editor & Production Specialist, you'll work across video, graphics, and content administration. Your role will be hands-on in editing video content, designing visuals, managing assets within digital signage platforms, and liaising directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, schedule, and report on content using various CMS/digital signage platforms (e.g., MagicInfo, BrightSign)
• Deliver client-ready work with a strong focus on detail and quality
• Produce and share content usage reports
• Communicate with clients via email in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional video editing experience
• A passion for music and media entertainment
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with Figma (or confident and quick to learn)
• Strong attention to detail — both technically and creatively
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a wider team
• Reliable, proactive, and constantly striving to improve
• A mid-to-high spec PC and power backup system is a plus
