ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Medical Image Annotator (Minijob) at mediaire, you are responsible for the precise annotation of MRI data. This includes marking and classifying relevant anatomical structures and pathologies in accordance with project-specific guidelines, thereby laying the foundation for the development and validation of our AI-based applications.Your responsibilities also include quality assurance through the review and correction of automated annotations, as well as close collaboration with radiologists, data scientists, and our product team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Precise annotation of MRI image data (anatomical structures and pathologies)
- Current focus areas: neuroradiology, prostate, and musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging
- Consensus readings in collaboration with other annotators
- Review and correction of existing annotations
- Optional (based on interest): active contribution to the further development of annotation guidelines and participation in radiological feedback sessions as part of product development
YOUR BACKGROUND
- You are a resident physician with at least one year of experience in MRI diagnostics
- Ideally, you have experience in reporting MRI examinations of the brain, prostate, and musculoskeletal (MSK) system
- You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in medical as well as complex technical topics
- You are able to quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with new tasks and tools
- You are fluent in English
