Mendix Academy Training Coordinator

You'll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

• Enable customers, partners as well as Mendix staff by creating and upholding a course and exam schedule that fits everyone's needs.
• Making sure all scheduled events have the appropriate people assigned to them.
• Monitor and evaluate the execution of the training events. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each session and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in the Learning Management System.
• Ensure consistency between the training management tools leveraged for the training offerings.
• Registration’s processing; Ensure that invoicing requirements are met and provide input to Finance for the invoicing processing.
• Working with other internal teams such as the University team and the Partner team to support Mx University and Mx Certified Training Partner programs where required. 
• Loving what you do, sharing your knowledge and adapting to your audience.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Have proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator or similar role. 
• Have hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Are a high-energy professional, who loves learning and using technology, with a track-record in knowing your stuff, enabling and supporting others. 
• Have advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Accurate and able to work under time pressure. 
• Are excited about being part of creating a truly world-class, scalable training and certification program to enable Mendix users create and continuously improve web and mobile apps at scale using our super-cool software. 
• As an individual you’re independent and able to self-start, take responsibility, manage your own work, help others and have the maturity and common sense to know when to use our own judgment or seek advice in making decisions.
