TLDR

Lead cross-functional M&A integration from diligence to post-close, building repeatable playbooks and aligning senior stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

About Reveal Technology Founded in 2019, Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations by delivering software tools and intelligence to operators in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments. Reveal is the Digital Arms Room for the Modern Warrior — providing the tactical intelligence and automation platform for physical, human, and digital terrain at the edge.   Our flagship products include Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning platform that transforms complex terrain into operational advantage, and Identifi, a secure identity verification solution designed for rapid, trusted identification in dynamic environments. In 2026, Reveal expanded its software portfolio to include Chronos and Anomaly 6, further strengthening its capabilities across the modern battlefield.   Reveal exists to serve defense, security, and public safety missions where time is compressed, information is contested, and precision matters. We are scaling our team and technology to meet the accelerating demands of modern warfare and national security.   About the Role This is a high-visibility, strategically critical, cross-functional role at the intersection of M&A execution, enterprise strategy, and operational management. You will lead the critical phase from diligence through integration planning and post-close follow-through, define repeatable integration playbooks, and partner directly with senior stakeholders to ensure each transaction delivers its intended value. The ideal candidate brings hands-on integration experience, with particular expertise in defense technology and government contracting.   This role is remote and will report directly to the VP of M&A and Growth Strategy. Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of integration strategies and lead the implementation of those plans from diligence through post-close follow-through, with clear owners, milestones, risks, and decision points.
  • Define and implement practical integration goals and plans across business units, product groups, business development, go-to-market, partnerships, people, finance, legal, security, systems, and marketing.
  • Partner with deal teams during evaluation and diligence to assess integration considerations, including tech stack, talent assessment, GTM alignment, transaction structure, operational readiness, and execution risk.
  • Build relationships with trusted cross-functional partners to drive alignment and manage trade-offs.
  • Monitor integration status, KPIs,  and rapidly identify issues / risks.  Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to acquired teams during transition, helping them navigate Reveal Technology, maintain momentum, and connect with the right stakeholders.
  • Document learnings and specialized expertise after major integration milestones and feed lessons learned back into future diligence and integration planning.
  • Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business roles with strategy, operations, or driving outcomes with government or commercial customers.
  • Experience working with and optimizing business operation functions, including Human Resources, finance and accounting, IT, procurement, legal, and sales and delivery, and how they operate to enable successful business delivery.
  • Experience designing and implementing large scale organizational changes such as acquisitions, new operating constructs, and shared services, that align strategy and business goals, processes, and culture to influence and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience leading the planning, design, and execution of strategic and operational initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and serving as an advisor to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience integrating functions, operating at the seams, and developing approaches and leveraging tools to plan and execute critical efforts.
  • Experience with strategic frameworks and methodology development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, organizational design and assessment, performance management, and organizational change management.
  • Strong operating judgment and the ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution.
  • Comfort building structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders, functional leaders, customers, and acquired teams.
  • A track record of building trust quickly and driving outcomes through influence rather than authority.
  • Compensation
  • Salary (~$150,000 - $225,000) + Equity
  • Base salary will be determined on a case by case basis and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge and skills, experience and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
