Responsibilities

• Analyze review and validate software requirements and business needs

• Estimate plan coordinate and execute testing activities

• Design write and maintain test scenarios test cases and automated test scripts

• Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes guidelines and best practices

• Collaborate with project teams developers and business stakeholders to improve product quality and functionality

• Use AI-powered tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar solutions to support and optimize testing activities

• Review validate and improve AI-generated outputs test cases and automation scripts

• Identify report and track defects while ensuring timely resolution

• Contribute to modern AI-driven testing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives within the software delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in testing applications and writing test scenarios

• Strong experience in QA engineering with both manual and automation testing

• Good command of English, French is a big advantage

•Knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices with ISTQB certification or equivalent ISTQB expertise

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development and testing tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar solutions

• Good knowledge of SQL API testing and test management tools such as Xray/Jira

• Ability to use AI to generate and improve test cases create and maintain automation scripts validate AI-generated outputs optimize prompts and improve AI-based testing workflows

• Excellent technical writing skills and communication skills;

• Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work;

• Ability to work independently and with little supervision;

• Critical eye for detail and strong analytical mindset

• Capable to prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with insurance business principles will be considered an advantage
