MIS & Reporting Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for an MIS & Reporting Analyst to support our Collections team through accurate reporting, dashboard management, and data-driven insights. The role will focus on tracking collections performance, automating reports, and helping improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collections MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for collections KPIs.
- Monitor metrics such as recovery rates, PTP performance, contact rates, and agent productivity.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve collections performance.
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Collections, Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services is preferred.
