MVNO Manager
Main Purpose of the Role
In this role you are the go-to-person for all of our MVNO host network and connectivity partners; you will lead our interaction with those crucial business counterparts across Americas, Europe and APAC. Working closely with the Head of MVNO and the wholesale leadership team you will negotiate MVNO and other wholesale arrangements; ensure operational and commercial performance throughout the entire lifecycle of agreements.

We are seeking a talented, proactive, dynamic, and experienced partner relationship manager to support our Head of MVNO in delivering our global MVNO and connectivity strategy.
You will be working with challenging global partners in either a direct partnership or sponsorship capacity; delivering and managing MVNO agreements; enabling Truphone to optimise services, margins, and capabilities in line with customer requirements and company strategy.
The right candidate will be driven with a focus on MVNO / wholesale that allows Truphone to offer greater value to customers and keep in line with the wider company strategy.
We are open to hire candidates in London, Utrecht, Lisbon, Paris, Madrid and Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a dedicated resource within Truphone to manage day to day activities with our 9 full MVNO market and sponsored roaming partners
- Provide analytical support for the commercial rationalisation and development of our Wholesale connectivity footprint with monitoring of available technologies for key countries (LPWAN, VoLTE, 5G)
- Build strong relationships with other Truphone teams (Technology, Finance, Operation) to facilitate the operational performance against contract, including service measurements, escalations and change requests
- Provide support with operational activities and work with Host MNOs teams to resolve issues quickly (escalation)
- Supporting the Head of MVNO, and other members of the team, when required on special projects and new full MVNO market entries.
- Review and negotiate MVNO and ISR agreements/addendums – including ensuring the timely implementation of all new technologies including VoLTE, 5G & LPWAN as part of the wider agreements
- Provide support for the quarterly steerco and Truphone affiliate board pack preparation
Requirements
- Driven, resilient, capable of thriving in a super-fast paced environment
- Excellent commercial skills and a strong analytical ability
- Excellent communicator; highly organised; forthright; driven; energetic; robust; able to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically and translate strategic thinking into solid deliverables and plans
- Able to form strong relationships both with our partners and internally
- Strong understanding of the mobile sector and technology
- Minimum 5 year experience in mobile wholesale industry (e.g. MVNO and/or Roaming)
