NetSuite Administrator (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our Business Systems team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for technical help in our NetSuite instance. You will have the opportunity to interact with employees at all levels of the organization covering a wide range of disciplines. Our organization is growing rapidly and you’ll be a key resource in helping us scale our ERP processes to align with best practices.
Typical salary range for this position is $80k - $110k +. This position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform.
- Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison with NetSuite Support.
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards.
- Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, inventory reconciliation, and fixed assets.
- Support daily operations activities for multiple departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience acting as a NetSuite Administrator in a OneWorld enabled NetSuite instance.
- Working knowledge of csv imports, workflows, user provisioning, defining roles, and process migration.
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, and page layouts.
- Solid understanding of complex inventory management.
- Understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, and reporting.
- Direct experience with Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules is preferred.
- Familiarity with the NetSuite dashboards and ability to provide users with relevant tools and information pertinent to their role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self managed with the ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Positive, patient, and empathetic attitude are very important.
- Team player, willing to assist wherever necessary .
