At the same time a new dynamic management team is being formed bringing along the start-up ethos and the “can do” mentality that drives world class scale-up companies in this well-established sector. As a result, we expect to see rapid expansion of the business in the next years – well in excess of the >20% p.a. growth rates experienced until now – whilst focusing on profitability and cash generation.

We are currently looking for a talented Netsuite Developer who enjoys working autonomously, communicating effectively and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is open to candidates based in Portugal, UK, Poland, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. We are looking for someone who is humble, hungry and smart; with a strong track record in a similar role at product-led growth companies.

What you will do:

• Maintain and improve our NetSuite system, with a focus on integration with other systems (including CitiDirect and our billing systems);

• Develop and maintain customizations and scripts within NetSuite following best practices;

• Develop automated cash posting and bank reconciliation solutions;

• Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions;

• Regular knowledge transfer to the Information Systems team through training and documentation.

Requirements

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite development (NetSuite certifications a plus);

• Good understanding of CRM, Finance and Procure to Pay processes;

• Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as SuiteScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;

• Experience with system integration and API development;

• Experience creating automated cash posting and bank reconciliation solutions;

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;

• Background in telecom industry is a plus, but not mandatory;

• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with positive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude.
