Role Summary

Managing relationships is critical to our business, sparking ideas, powering thematic research, supporting due diligence, and enabling portfolio value creation. We believe that strong relationships  aren’t just needs-based with transactional, one-way interactions, but rather are built on strong, symbiotic connections where we are constantly learning from each other and problem-solving together. We’re looking to hire a sharp, organized, and dynamic individual to supercharge our relationship management activities through scalable systems, well-designed processes, and user-friendly reporting. As our first dedicated network operations hire, you’ll be responsible for organizing networking activities across our teams in partnership with compliance, making sure we’re talking with the right people about the right topics at the right time. Ultimately, we believe that a centralized network operations function will make us more proactive, prepared, and connected across all our network-based activities, ultimately helping to improve our performance and outcomes.

    • Recommend relationship coverage adjustments based on completed activities
    • Ensure meeting follow-ups happen in a timely manner
    • Produce high-value signal reports and “synthesis” views of top relationship activities
  • Be a trusted teammate who is always bettering our organization
    • Continuously find and implement new ways to enhance aspects of our org
    • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability by acknowledging and improving upon weaknesses and mistakes
