Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of working experience in a similar capacity (Facility Office Management or General Affair related)
- Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university
- Good problem-solving skill and has a strong sense of responsibilities
- Multi tasking ability with good project management skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the team of office management to ensure the smooth running of the office in terms of office & GA management, equipment and utilities
- Performing routine maintenance assessment on facilities and making repairs as needed
- Ensure all office equipment are in working order and maintain proper record of all the assets
- Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
- Liaise with building management - permits, overtime, and complains
- Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.
- Supporting on any ad hoc request related to office matters
