Day to day you will

  • Oversee office operations and projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors while tracking budgets and invoices

  • Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment, managing supplies, travel support, mail, and vendor relationships

  • Lead the organisation of company events and team socials, alongside supporting sales and marketing activities such as merchandise logistics

Requirements

You'll thrive here if you

  • Bring at least three years’ experience in office administration, supported by a post-secondary qualification in a relevant discipline

  • Communicate confidently and build strong working relationships across an international team

  • Enjoy taking ownership, staying organised, and proactively improving how an office runs

Salary: $56,000 – $61,000
Location: Victoria, BC (in-office, Monday to Friday, full-time or part-time)
