Seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily operations of a small site, service area, or shift while ensuring customer satisfaction, contract compliance, operational excellence, and profitability. This role serves as the primary on-site contact for customer issues and facility support, requiring strong leadership, decision-making, communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. A flexible schedule is required to accommodate operational needs.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise up to two employees.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer concerns, service delivery, and contract compliance.
Implement and maintain service excellence standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations.
Create, manage, and complete work orders, site reports, invoices, and operational documentation.
Monitor facility-related issues, coordinate repairs, support vendor visits, and report maintenance concerns.
Assist with office moves, seating arrangements, conference room coordination, and A/V equipment management.
Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies and site products.
Provide document services and operational support as needed.
Train employees on workflow processes, equipment operation, and best practices.
Ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing and correcting timekeeping records.
Manage workflow, job scheduling, quality standards, productivity goals, and deadline compliance.
Support staffing, employee development, performance management, and attendance tracking.
Conduct performance reviews and maintain employee development plans.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, facilities teams, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
Assist with financial management, including cost control, profitability monitoring, budgeting, and profit and loss activities.
Complete month-end reporting and other administrative duties as assigned.
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
