Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OPD Manager to oversee outpatient services within a cardiovascular hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cardiology outpatient clinics and coordinating care for patients with cardiovascular conditions.

The OPD Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, improve patient flow, support clinical teams, and maintain high standards of patient service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the outpatient department.

• Coordinate cardiology consultations, follow-ups, diagnostic services, and patient pathways.

• Supervise OPD nursing and administrative staff.

• Ensure efficient patient scheduling and clinic workflow.

• Monitor quality standards, patient satisfaction, and service delivery.

• Coordinate with cardiologists, diagnostic departments, and hospital management.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

• Support implementation of process improvements within the OPD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related healthcare field.

• Valid professional license preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of OPD management experience.

• Previous experience in a cardiology or cardiovascular hospital setting required.

• Strong understanding of cardiac patient care pathways.

• Experience supervising healthcare teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of outpatient operations, scheduling, and quality standards.
