Operations Air Cargo
TLDR
Contribute to seamless air-freight operations through daily documentation, supplier communication, and customs adjustment processes, supporting the logistics of a top global player.
1. Daily documentation/operation for Air-freight shipment.
2. Maintain the smooth relation with customer.
3. Communication with suppliers, vendors and oversea agent.
4. Receive shipping orders.
5. Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information.
6. Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.
7. Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.
8. Keep agent informed for any changes.
9. Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.
10. Update related charges in system in time.
11. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
Personal Qualification
At least 1 year experience in relevant industry High potential fresh man also considerate
Minimum Education: /Qualifications/Experience: Special Knowledge:
2 years working experience
College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant
