Operations Director ( Replacement : Padel Method Academy)

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational execution of the academy’s programs and events. This includes planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth implementation of events, tournaments, and program-related communications throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the operational aspects of the academy’s programs and events.
• Organize and manage logistics for events and tournaments.
• Prepare registration forms, participant processes, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate communications related to programs, events, and participants.
• Assist in managing relationships and communications with sponsors and partners.
• Support the preparation and execution of panels, activities, and other program-related initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Based in Jakarta, preferably living near the academy (South Jakarta).
• Available to attend in-person meetings and spend time at the academy when required.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (part remote, part on-site depending on operational needs).
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and operational activities simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
