The role
We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our fast-growing (now 8+) Onboarding and Compliance team led by Claire Larkman. This team sits within Courier Operations, the Stuart department responsible for building a high performing fleet and a positive community of couriers.
You’ll be responsible for creating a fantastic experience for applicants moving through our Onboarding process - managing training, applicant flow and communications. You’ll work closely with the Onboarding execution team to ensure the process works effectively for them and is easy to use for the applicants. Ultimately, your work will support new couriers joining the Stuart platform, ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee applicant experience in the Stuart Onboarding process and own core Applicant Experience KPIs
- Improve our communication with applicants - ensuring all messaging is clear, consistent and applicants understand the action required
- Collect feedback from applicants to understand their experience of the process and drive improvements
- Improve our online training process, ensuring all applicants have the knowledge they need to succeed on the platform
- Manage an internal initiative tracker to collect and act on feedback, improving the process for internal Stuart teams
- Own and improve the framework by which we resolve applicant queries
Requirements
- You’ll have 1+ years of experience improving processes
- You’ll have proven experience of driving performance and will be able to show where you added value
- You’ll have intermediate excel and/or google sheets analysis skills
- You’re a structured thinker and a strong problem solver
- You are data-driven, meticulous and detail oriented
- You are highly organised, proactive and flexible, capable of responding quickly to change, innovating to solve problems and rapidly identifying opportunities for improvement
- You have a proven track record working in self-directed, fast-paced, result-orientated environments and meeting targets
