Operations Intern

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to help manage the day to day process of getting OV product into the hands of our customers so they can keep Doing Things. Our Internship Program will run from June 4th to August 10th.

Responsibilities:

• Help the team process, control, track and follow up all purchase orders and related details
• Track incoming shipments and communicate potential delays/issues
• Assist the team in SKU management/creation and updates to information contained within OV’s system of record
• Review update and maintain weekly WIP production report as well as key Operational flash/dashboard reports
• Facilitate clear communication with our distribution center

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude & passion for the Outdoor Voices mission
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Shopify experience is a plus
• Skilled in Excel
