Operations Principal

The job in short

As an Operations Principal you are a versatile, self-driven, proactive and hands-on leader. You oversee the Services organization in several regions, and manage one or more operations managers. Your overall assignment is to develop and implement processes & methods to secure systematic successful operations within Services.

You are both strategic and hands-on and have extensive experience in managing operations in a fast-changing international company, so you understand the need to deliver and how trustful relationships make this work. You are passionate about Operations and you are a people manager that understands that only with the best people you will create outstanding results.

How about you
● 8+ years of experience in a similar job (operations, coordination, project management);

●Bachelor degree or similar working experience;

●Fluent in English (written and spoken).

● Experience in either of Sales operations ( Deals, Pricing of contracts, Salesforce/CRM experience), Business Operations ( Resource management, Bench management, Allocations, Timesheets), Finance operations ( Budgets, forecast, P&L, scorecard monitoring), Professional services automation platform experience, Advanced Excel, Presentations, story boarding, problem solving
● Preferred candidates from MBA Finance/Operations / CA/ CWA background.
