Order Processing/ Customer Service Executive
TLDR
Coordinate order processing and customer inquiries with international teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Required to process sales orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
- Attend to inquiries & process quotes according to customer requirements
- Liaise with Australian counterparts to advise customers of the estimated time of arrival for logged orders
- Provide necessary product and service-related information to customers
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO/Customer Service/Operation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Electrical/Industrial products would be an added advantage
- Willing to work according to the Australian calendar and Australian working hours
