Order Support Associate
The Role:
Yubico seeks to add an Order Support Associate to our Supply Chain Team. As an Order Support Associate, you will be a key player in the service we provide to our valuable customers. You will work to ensure our high volume of orders and returns are managed in an efficient and timely manner. You will work to maintain effective communication with the Customer Support Team and other departments internally as needed. This position is a prime opportunity for someone looking to launch their career with an industry leader with the possibility of growth.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Fulfillment Team to manage webstore order inquiries according to company guidelines, with careful attention to specific requirements for approval
- Work with other functions to support the customer experience by handling inbound support requests relating to orders
- Manage and track online orders and returns process
- Reports to the Director, Operations - Order Mgmt EMEA/APJ
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with Office applications (e.g. G-Suite apps including Docs, Sheets and Slides)
- Detail-oriented and methodical in completing tasks
- Good team player with desire to learn
- Positive working attitude, service-minded and problem solver
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with a ticketing system (e.g. ZenDesk)
- Experience working with Ecommerce systems (e.g. Magento, Stripe)
