BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.  About the Opportunity: As an OTC Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding all clients'/suppliers' needs. Your main tasks will be: 1) Accurately identify which clients/suppliers can do what type of deals. 2) Broadcast the requested quote to all relevant Groups within a short time. 3) Record all potential deals. Responsibilities:

Provide satisfied service experience to clients actively & passionately.

Deal with the query and solve the issues from clients through multi-channels such as mail, and social media.

Collect the requests and opinions from clients and feedback to relevant Groups. 

Audit the qualification of the applied clients. 

Requirement:

Able to deal with complicated tasks.

Conscious of providing good customer experience. Able to deal with complex situation calmly.

Sensitive to track the progress of tasks spontaneously.

Team player. Able to collaborate with cross-groups effectively.

Possess good logic and excellent communication skill.

Middle level in English.
