Part-Time Leasing Associate - Creekside Vista
TLDR
Drive occupancy by converting leads, touring prospects, and managing resident communications within a multi-family PAC brand, while coordinating move-ins/outs and maintaining property standards.
**Please note, this is a Part-Time position & a flexible schedule is required.**
Responsibilities:
- Achieves leasing goals by converting leads, conducting tours, qualifying prospects, and using sales techniques to secure leases while representing the PAC brand.
- Manages all prospect and resident communication including calls, emails, walk‑ins, follow‑ups, service requests, and complaint resolution in a professional, timely manner.
- Coordinates move‑ins and move‑outs by ensuring units are ready, processing all paperwork, updating systems, and supporting a smooth resident transition.
- Maintains property presentation through daily inspections, cleaning tasks as needed, preparing vacant units, and ensuring amenities and common areas meet professional standards.
- Performs administrative and financial tasks including key management, package acceptance, database updates, rent and proration calculations, and handling answering‑service messages.
- Supports revenue and market strategy by shopping competitors, staying informed on market trends, and making recommendations that enhance occupancy.
Requirements:
- Multi-family property management experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
- Social media marketing experience preferred.
