MindTickle is building a partner ecosystem to support leading enterprises on its revenue productivity platform. They collaborate with consulting, integration, and training partners to create transformative solutions. We’re seeking a passionate Enablement professional to join the GTM Revenue Enablement team, responsible for partner training, joint selling, and fostering successful collaborations across departments. The role involves leveraging diverse business skills, from sales training to consulting, and building an enablement program from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
What’s in it for you?
- In this role, you will take partner feedback from insight to action, while working with the relevant teams to improve the customer experience and build the Revenue Productivity framework, with the potential to grow a team as the function expands.
- Planning, coordinating, and deployment of the necessary sales and associated onboarding and ongoing enablement for partner and internal teams
- Enabling teams on the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the Partner’s Sales teams
- Support the enablement of internal teams by identifying, compiling, and communicating the value proposition of our partnerships and how our partners can help drive measurable results for Mindtickle.
- Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches
- Taking ownership of creating sales courses and live sessions and responsibilities for the completion of learning programs
- Monitoring and analyzing the usage of sales enablement content and courseware and continually improving their effectiveness.
- Providing partners and internal teams with the necessary support during the buying and selling processes at all stages.
- Work hand-in-hand with MindTickle’s regional enterprise and commercial sales organizations as well as our internal operations teams to deliver measurable results
- You will be responsible for growing sales productivity and knowledge and validating market readiness for our partners as we market new products and services.
- Establish metrics of success for partner programs. Track and report progress through dashboards and the partner portal.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelors in Business, Science, or Marketing-related fields.
- Solid background in enterprise software technologies.
- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS products or Managing Channel Partnerships in a fast-paced environment or advanced understanding of Sales Enablement including the diverse enablement needs of the various functions like sales, presales, and delivery.
- Proven experience in guiding enablement programs and management of partner enablement initiatives, ideally for an enterprise software provider, systems integrator (SI), or management consulting firm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment and deliver results cross-functionally.
- Strategic thinker with program management skills who can work on high-level planning and execution.
- Proficiency in enablement technology tools
- Project Management proficiency; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in designing & delivering dynamic enablement programs (on-demand ILTs & VLTs) that deliver revenue results.
