Partner Manager

€3.800 – €5.500 per month

Every day, more than 5,000 users and over 100 partners across Europe work with our software. Our partner network plays a crucial role in Copernica’s growth and is an important part of our commercial strategy.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Partner Manager. Partner Management is part of the Sales Team, which consists of two Senior Business Development Managers, one Business Development Manager and one Senior Partner Manager.

As Partner Manager, you help partners grow their client portfolio and work together on commercial opportunities and new business. You contribute strategically to how our software can be used most effectively and build sustainable relationships with partners. In addition, you support the Senior Partner Manager in expanding the partner network and developing joint commercial initiatives.

What are the responsibilities of a Partner Manager?

You will:

  • Manage approximately 50 partner relationships

  • Work on joint acquisition with partner relationships

  • Be responsible for contract management of partner licenses

  • Work together with Customer Success, Marketing and New Business Development

  • Proactively identify additional revenue opportunities within the existing partner network

  • Report to the Senior Partner Manager and management on pipeline progress, and prepare accurate annual and quarterly reports

  • Give product demos and webinars

  • Contribute to the growth of the organization by professionalizing processes

  • Coordinate the organization of partner events

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

You are a team player with exceptional communication skills. You work strategically and solution-oriented, and meet the following requirements:

  • Experience giving software demonstrations

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with negotiations at C-level is a plus

  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch

  • At least an HBO degree or equivalent

  • Available 32 to 40 hours per week
