🔍The Role:
Partner Relations Officer will support the Partner Relations team in managing the operational processes related to Introducing Brokers (IBs). This role focuses on assisting with onboarding, ensuring proper documentation, and providing day-to-day operational support to partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

- Assist with onboarding partners across Group entities in line with AML & KYC requirements.
- Support in reviewing onboarding applications, agreements, and rebate structures.
- Help configure IB rebate structures under supervision to ensure accuracy in internal systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to support and streamline IB processes.
- Provide assistance with operational queries such as partner portal issues or client assignment checks.
- Support the handling of rebate allocation processes for IB partners.
- Assist the team in coordinating with marketing to ensure partners receive necessary materials and
- resources.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate partner records and documentation.
- Participate in identifying ways to improve internal processes and increase efficiency.
🎯Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in financial services, partner support, or customer service will be considered as an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
