This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Solution Architect based in Romania. In this strategic and highly visible role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor across a network of strategic technology partners, helping them design, adopt, and scale modern observability and cloud solutions. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and partner ecosystems, ensuring that partners are fully enabled to deliver value to end customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where technical depth meets business impact, requiring the ability to translate complex architectures into practical outcomes. You will play a key role in accelerating cloud transformation, application modernization, and DevOps adoption initiatives. Working closely with internal product and engineering teams, you will influence product direction based on real partner needs. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed, offering strong exposure to enterprise-scale challenges. This role is ideal for a senior technical professional passionate about shaping partner success at scale. Accountabilities:
  • Drive technical success across partner engagements by supporting solution design, onboarding, enablement, and adoption of observability and cloud capabilities.
  • Act as the technical bridge between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, product usage, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead and support joint initiatives such as proofs of value, technical workshops, and end-customer demonstrations with partner organizations.
  • Analyze partner offerings and recommend improvements to increase value through deeper integration and adoption of platform capabilities.
  • Advocate for partner needs by communicating technical feedback, feature requests, and product gaps to internal product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, reference architectures, and scalable frameworks for partner success.
  • Participate in joint business planning and technical governance sessions to ensure long-term alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Requirements

    • 10–15 years of experience in technical, customer-facing, or partner-facing roles within IT development, operations, or cloud environments.
    • Strong hands-on experience in at least two areas such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability tools, containerization, DevOps, or CI/CD ecosystems.
    • Solid understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure, application performance, and modern cloud-native architectures.
    • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
    • Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, or managed service providers is highly desirable.
    • Strong presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with a self-driven and proactive mindset.
    • Proficiency in scripting or development languages (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript, Ruby) and infrastructure tooling is a plus.
    • Familiarity with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production system debugging is highly valued.
