Partnership Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager (EMEA). You will work as part of an embedded team with our client and will provide campaign and event management services in connection with various EMEA partner marketing activities being planned with priority partners.

Responsibilities

Partner Engagement and Marketing Activity Development:

1. The Partnership Marketing Manager will work with Partners to develop joint GTM plans spanning the full marketing funnel of activity.

  • Liaise with regional partners to execute local joint marketing activities;
  • Source information about partners’ own marketing activities and ways to collaborate. Prioritise the most impactful activities and put forward budgets requests for event sponsorships joint campaigns;
  • Ensure the activities are aligned with the global GTM strategies and global marketing plans; and
  • Support local markets in execution of these activities

Digital Event Management Services:

2. The Partnership Marketing Manager will own execution of digital events/trade shows with partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Setting up all digital event logistics - specifically working with partner’s platform that manages invites/opportunities tracking tools;
  • Negotiating and closing sponsorship agreements with the digital event owner & executing contracts internally (if available)
  • Producing any collateral creation and secure brand approval;
  • Managing the content, speakers and comms to attendees;
  • Following client’s instructions regarding all correspondence for the Events; and arranging co-ordination of all drafting and sending of invites, confirmations, reminders, and post-event correspondence.

3.  Execute smaller events for respective GTMs 

  • Managing venue bookings, catering, security and admission to the Events (once available);
  • Prioritising the requests for approval in accordance with the priority GTMs/ partner types and regional budget allocations; and 
  • Monitoring that MDF funded-activities took place, ensure that the resulting pipe has been uploaded to PST, and issue follow-up reports on the results of the program.

Tracking and reporting

1. The Partnership Marketing Manager will provide regular review of past activities performance in terms of engagement and pipeline metrics, as well as ensure all the pipeline measurements and activities are tracked accordingly in Salesforce.

2. The Partnership Marketing Manager will provide data for future prioritisation of activities.

Requirements

  • BA or BS Degree preferably in a relevant field
  • Experience in Partnership Marketing within a software tech background, preferably within network security.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines to plan multiple concurrent marketing activities, events and campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills to be able to present ideas and proposals in a clear and coherent way 
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Professional and upbeat demeanour, with the ability to interact effectively with partners, customers, sales, marketing and other internal teams.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgement.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced, exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcome
