The role - your passion
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
As our RV Technician & Parts Supply Specialist, you'll keep our RV repair operations two fold by supporting our Dallas location with RV repairs and making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. You'll identify the parts our techs need, place and track orders, manage our parts inventory for all North America locations and keep our Dallas-area shop supplied and organized to send inventory to our stations across North America and on schedule.
What you'll do:
📦 Parts Supply Specialist
Maintain our computerized parts catalog and keep an accurate, running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies
Identify the right parts from technician inspections, photos, and damage descriptions — reading exploded diagrams and OEM schematics
Source and order parts for our multi-brand RV fleet, identifying appropriate suppliers for both standard and special-order items
Place and track purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and monitor lead times to keep repairs on schedule
Obtain quotes for larger purchases and route non-routine orders for approval
Help identify cost-effective options — OEM, aftermarket, or repair — in line with company guidelines
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality
Dispense parts to technicians and process internal service and repair requests from the shop
Process invoices for payment and maintain accurate records
Maintain accurate item master data, inventory records, and stock levels
Stay current on pricing, parts changes, and technical service bulletins through collaboration with vendors and internal teams
Look for ways to improve parts tracking, stock accuracy, and cost control

🔧 RV Technician
Your main task is to keep our vehicles on the road in terms of traffic safety and customer satisfaction
You share responsibility for the technical condition of our RVs
You independently perform minor repairs on our vehicles and pass on your knowledge to station employees so that they can carry out repairs themselves to some extent
You actively participate in shaping your work environment, are enthusiastic about new projects, and contribute your ideas
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
Knowledge in trade field (Automotive, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) and plus
Track parts and materials used in every repair (closing the loop with your parts-side work)
Support and learn from senior techs and station staff
Other duties as assigned

Have a passion for recreational vehicles and possess the solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical issues, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems. A successful technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs
You can read a parts catalog and an exploded diagram and figure out exactly what's needed

1–2+ years in parts, inventory control, purchasing, or supply chain support (RV, automotive, or a related industry a plus)
Comfort reading exploded diagrams and navigating parts catalogs (OEM or aftermarket)
Comfort using ERP, inventory, or work order systems
Working knowledge of vehicle systems — electrical, bodywork, interior — a plus
2 years+ hands-on mechanical experience (automotive, RV, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance)
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree or technical certificate in a relevant trade, or coursework/degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, a plus
A valid in state driver's license
Authorization to work in the United States — this position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
Ability to lift to 45 lbs. and perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, lifting, etc.)
Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to travel occasionally to other locations if needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write, and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base
This position may require the ability to drive our company vehicles, due to insurance requirements, candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Open availability to work anytime during the 7 day week including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
This is an ONSITE position working out of our Dallas Station.
WORK CONDITIONS
Job Type: Hourly, Full Time-Pay Range: $28 to $32 (based on experience)
Ability to lift and move at least 35lbs+
