Coordinator, Music Payroll    

Position Overview
The Team Companies Music Department are entertainment payroll specialists who provide talent and union/non-union payroll services to our music clients in the Film, TV and Sound Recording industries.  The Music Payroll Coordinator is a team-player that requires accuracy, attention to detail, initiative and a pro-active approach for all duties and responsibilities.  Discretion in handling company and private or personal client and employee information is required, along with a positive attitude, professional ethics, appearance, and conduct.

Responsibilities
•    Accurate and timely processing of payroll
•    Ability to work independently and under pressure with strict time constraints daily
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with clients, colleagues and staff to provide excellent client service
•    Interface between clients and team on project set-up, required payroll paperwork, union forms, union/timecard breakdown and preparation of payroll
•    Data entry for project information maintenance to ensure accuracy of records 
•    Date entry of invoice inclusive of checking and verifying Payroll and Review of outgoing invoices
•    Back-up other Music Team colleagues and assist or fill in for required due to absence or workload
•    Assist with special projects or tasks as needed

Qualifications
•    Minimum Educational requirement: High School Graduate
•    Two years of college business course or equivalent work experience preferred
•    Windows proficiency 
•    Knowledge of JDE Payroll, AS400, PDF Exchange a plus
•    Previous Payroll experience in the Entertainment Industry or Music Union experience, a plus

Special Work Conditions
Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

The compensation range for this position for Burbank, CA only is $20.00 to $26.00 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
