Payroll Working Student/ Intern

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are looking for a Working Student or Intern to join our Payroll/People Operations Team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in payroll data entry in Personio and/or payroll input files (20% of time)
• Monitor payroll related tickets in Jira and provide reply on generic requests (20% of time)
• Maintain employee payroll files to ensure compliance with audit requirements (20% of time)
• Upload employees’ payslips/tax forms and other payroll related documents in Personio (10% of time)
• Support in processing Arbeitsbescheinigung, A1 certificates and other payroll related certificates (15% of time)
• Receive and distribute payroll mail in a secure manner (10% of time)
• Other ad-hoc payroll related tasks (5% of time)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• University student/recent graduate in Accouting/HR, Bussiness or Social Studies
• Strong interest in people operations and payroll tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have strong English and B2 German level written and spoken and ideally bring an additional language as a plus
