People Partner

Accountabilities:
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and managers across the India team through ongoing coaching and proactive support.
  • Partner with leaders to improve communication, team management practices, performance expectations, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support performance management processes, including feedback conversations, performance improvement plans, and employee development discussions.
  • Design and enhance employee experience programs spanning onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
  • Ensure HR processes, policies, and documentation are consistent, compliant, and aligned with local and global requirements.
  • Collaborate with global People teams to develop scalable programs that reinforce culture and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring fairness, clarity, and alignment with company values.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
    • Experience in technology, software, consulting, or product development environments is highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of India employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance practices.
    • Proven experience partnering with managers and leadership teams on performance management and employee relations.
    • Experience working in global organizations across multiple geographies and time zones.
    • Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a people-first and empathetic approach.
