The People Programs Team develops and delivers critical programs across the employee lifecycle (e.g. Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Planning, Organizational Research & Measurement, and Offboarding) to help make DoorDash a place where every employee does the very best work of their careers.

About the Role

We’re hiring a People Program Manager, Offboarding who will help develop and enhance the global off-boarding experience at DoorDash. This role will report to the Director of Talent Management.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment you have a track record of extraordinary attention to detail, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple audience types, and an appetite for building from scratch. You are customer-centric, can develop strong partnerships with cross-functional partners, and are comfortable working in a global environment across various time zones.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Work with the Director of Talent Management to optimize the off-boarding experience to ensure a consistent and compliant process globally
  • Standardize and streamline the offboarding process through Workday Self-Service
  • Partner with People Team, IT, Facilities, and other cross-functional partners to ensure the offboarding process is delivering the right employee experience and ensure all the logistics are handled
  • Be the first point of contact and ongoing resource for HRBPs and Employee Relations
  • Own the logistics of scaling our processes, tooling, and automation across new locations and employee segments
  • Proactively and thoughtfully drive process development and improvement to support rapid growth
  • Contribute to resource development for employees, managers, and partners (e.g. Wiki, Job Aids, Training)
  • Partner with People Analytics to analyze exit survey data trends
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to keep the customer journey and customer needs at the forefront of your program design and delivery
  • Collaborate on special projects as needed

We're excited about you because…

  • 4+ years of experience in people program or project management roles, preferably at high-growth consumer or enterprise technology companies. International people programming or onboarding experience is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with prior experience facilitating programs to large groups.
  • Exceptional project management skills, the ability to track and manage complex processes, and a desire to lead multiple teams and multiple projects
  • Experience using communication and HR tools (e.g. Workday, Lessonly, Confluence, GSuite) to drive a seamless and engaging employee experience
  • Experience using collaborative task and project management tools (e.g. Agile, Trello, Asana, JIRA, SmartSheet) to drive project execution
  • A demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in creating meaningful experiences for employees across location, seniority, tenure, and department, with a clear commitment to supporting underrepresented employees
  • You’re highly organized and care about the details
  • You’re comfortable delivering presentations and public speaking
  • You’re growth-minded and eager to expand your skillset
  • You’re data-driven and curious to identify themes and opportunities
  • You understand both the big picture and the details
  • You display adaptability, resiliency, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $68,000 - $84,000, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
