Role Purpose
- The Performance Analyst owns the numbers behind the social commerce and affiliate engine. The role has two distinct scopes. On TikTok, it owns full channel reporting — revenue, GMV, TROAS, creator and content performance — and builds the in-depth dashboards that give the Head of TikTok and each TTS team member visibility into their own performance. Across Amazon.com/ca and DTC, the scope is narrower and affiliate-specific: tracking affiliate-driven revenue, activation, and program performance on those channels.
- This role exists because the prior model lacked dedicated analytical rigor inside the channel. It turns raw platform data into the dashboards, pacing reports, and winner-identification signals the team needs to hit the number. It is hands-on with the data — pulling, modeling, and reporting independently, not waiting on other teams
Who You Are
- Analytical operator — you build dashboards and pull data yourself across TikTok Seller Center, Ads Manager, affiliate centers, and attribution tools, and you turn raw exports into clear reporting without hand-holding.
- Fluent in commerce metrics — revenue, GMV, TROAS, CAC, ROAS, activation and graduation rates, GMV per creator, content velocity, LTV.
- TikTok-literate — you understand the platform's reporting surfaces and creator economics well enough to build meaningful per-creator and per-team-member views.
- Affiliate-aware — you understand affiliate attribution and program reporting across Amazon.com/ca (Levanta, Archer, Wayward, Creator Connections, Amobeez/Sairux, Exon, Logie, Wickfire) and DTC (Impact, Shopify Collabs).
- Detail-driven and proactive — you surface emerging winners and pacing risks before anyone asks.

What You'll Do
TikTok Channel Reporting (Full Scope)
- Own full TikTok channel performance reporting — revenue, GMV, TROAS, content velocity, engagement, creator metrics — on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- Build and maintain in-depth dashboards giving the Head of TikTok and each TTS team member visibility into the performance of their own area.
- Run pacing analysis against monthly and annual targets, flagging gaps and trajectory versus the $17.2M plan.
- Identify emerging power-law winners in the creator funnel using performance data, feeding the Stage 1 → Stage 2 graduation decision.
Affiliate Reporting (Amazon.com/ca & DTC)
- Track affiliate-driven revenue, activation rates, and program performance on Amazo.com/ca and DTC.
- Maintain affiliate KPI reporting integrated with the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager's cross-channel program reporting.
- Support platform-consolidation analysis with performance data across the affiliate stack.
Cross-Cutting
- Standardize reporting definitions and metric logic so TikTok and affiliate numbers reconcile across the org.
- Support monthly performance reporting and joint budget submission with the underlying data and forecasts.
Success Metrics
- TikTok channel reporting delivered accurately and on cadence, with zero reconciliation gaps
- Per-team-member dashboards live and actively used by the TTS team
- Pacing and gap analysis delivered ahead of monthly reviews, not after
- Affiliate reporting for Amazon.com/ca and DTC integrated into the cross-channel program view
- Emerging-winner signals surfaced early enough to drive graduation decisions
