You'll thrive in this role if you have: Strong experience in growth-focused lead acquisition. Hands-on performance marketing experience in fast-paced startup environments. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, and Sensor Tower. Strong analytical skills and confidence making decisions based on large datasets. Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, and CPA. Experience managing budget pacing and media spend. Ability to create clear, actionable performance content briefs.
