We’re looking for a Pharmacy Member Specialist to join our Financial Operations team that provides the invoicing and payments function for our clients. The Pharmacy Member Specialist is responsible for leading the billing team and ensuring all of Gravie’s customers are billed timely and accurately. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers are onboarded to Gravie’s systems accurately and set up to be invoiced and pay claims timely.
You Will:
· Work directly with members, clients, vendors, and customer care to resolve member questions and issues related to pharmacy care.
· Buildout new processes and training materials, as well as redefine current processes for gained efficiency.
· Support internal teams, including operations, sales, account management, customer care, clinical operations, and others.
· Communicate pharmacy benefit design and claims adjudication process in results to a wide variety of audiences, including members who are not familiar with healthcare benefits.
· Collaborate with member services and clinical to execute strategy, programs, and resolve issues with the utmost urgency.
· Other Duties as assigned.
You Bring:
· 3 + years of Retail, Mail Order, or specialty pharmacy experience, preferably with patient escalation issues, or equivalent experience in a similar setting.
· Experience working with cross functional teams to understand business strategy and implement defined processes.
· Fact-based problem solver with the ability to evaluate alternative courses of action and make sound engagement decisions.
· Able to deal with multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity.
· Relentless focus on the member experience.
Extra Credit:
· Certified Pharmacy Tech
· Previous PBM experience, specifically with client and/or customer care.
· Previous status experience.
· Prior knowledge of clinical programs as they relate to pharmacy.
