PMC(Production Planning & Material Control) Assistant

Support global teams in production planning, material management, and operations, utilizing trilingual communication skills in Chinese, English, and Korean to enhance collaboration.

The Opportunity:

Factorial Energy is seeking a Production Planning & Operations Coordinator (Trilingual) to join our team in our Cheonan, South Korea location. This person will be responsible for supporting production planning, material management, inventory control, and cross-functional operational activities while facilitating communication across global teams through Chinese, English, and Korean language support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the organization and management of production planning schedules and material demand data.
  • Monitor production progress, material availability, and inventory status, and communicate updates and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide translation and communication support in Chinese, English, and Korean to facilitate effective collaboration among global teams.
  • Assist with operations management activities, including document control, data organization, and process coordination.
  • Support material purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, procurement, and other departments to resolve inventory and supply chain issues.
  • Prepare production, inventory, and operational reports while maintaining accurate data entry and records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

We are looking for people who:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Are fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Are quick learners who can adapt effectively to changing operational needs and challenges.
  • Have experience in operations management, production planning, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (preferred).
  • Possess a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Can work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
