Position: Bookkeeper
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and manage all financial data accurately and efficiently.
- Record and document all transaction details systematically.
- Ensure the accuracy of transaction records, including supplier, customer, and general ledgers.
- Store, organize, and maintain all bookkeeping data for easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure the following:
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
- A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
- An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage.
- A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
